Your independent herd data analysis - called a Wingman Warrant of Fitness - is the foundation which our work with you and your herd is built on. All it requires is access to your herd records; meaning we can do it no matter where you are in the country.

The Wingman Warrant of Fitness goes looking for your best cows, your worst cows and everything in between. We look at your breed, live weight and crucial traits like udder and fertility. Unconstrained in our thinking, we love nothing more than casting a different set of eyes over your herd. We aim to uncover the hidden gems and offer actionable insights.

At the end of our analysis, you'll receive a concise, 2-3 page summary and connect with us for an online meeting to highlight the report’s findings and suggest potential next steps to enhance your herd's performance.

So you’ve completed a Wingman Warrant of Fitness herd audit - now what?

We will be forever grateful to our early-adopting Wingman farmers’ who helped us build the aeroplane while we were flying it! We didn’t know what we didn’t know and had no idea what each individual farm wanted us to help them with, how long it would take, and what pieces of paper we would give them to help with their herd improvement odyssey.

The first 6 months of Wingman and our amazing farmers’ taught us a great deal about what they wanted from their independent herd improvement consultant (me!) and how they wanted it delivered to them.

We worked out that after completing their Wingman Warrant of Fitness, our farmers wanted one of two things - a Wingman Tune-up or a Wingman Supercharger.
